Getting to the Breckenridge, CO Ski Area
Traveling time to the Breckenridge, CO Ski Area from our retreat takes approximately 8 minutes. We usually like to park in the Tailing Lot and hop on the new Gondola that takes you to Base 8. If the Gondola is really long, go next door to the Post office where you can take the free shuttles to base 8 or 9. Transportation around the Breckenridge, CO ski area is very easy. When in doubt, just follow the crowds of people. You will probably end up at some base.

With its 3,398 feet of vertical drop, 2,208 acres, 146 trails, and over 300 inches of powder falling each winter, Breckenridge, CO is a skiers heaven. Getting from one mountain to another will not only be efficient but exciting too. Lifts include two high-speed six passenger Super 6, six high-speed quad chairlifts, one triple, six doubles, and five surface lifts. The Express SuperChair as the highest chairlift in North America reaching an elevation of 12,840 feet. Mountain has something to offer everybody from Expert to Beginner.
