DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: Drawing and Notification: The winner will be selected from all eligible entries in a random drawing on or before January 30, 2009. Winners will be notified by email or phone within 48 hours after the drawing. The winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release within 7 days (168 hours) of prize notification. The winner’s guest will be required to sign a Liability Release. In the event of noncompliance, VPG may select an alternate winner. Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by VPG. 3. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to United States residents. All entrants must be 18 years of age or older to enter and to be eligible to win. Void where prohibited. Employees of VPG or their parent, affiliated, or subsidiary companies or their advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family (spouse, parent, sibling and children, regardless of where they live) or members of their same households (whether related or not) of such employees and directors are not eligible. 4. PRIZE: One four-night stay in the White Gold Retreat. Trip does not include taxes, cleaning fees, transportation, meals, beverages, or other incidentals. Winner may select from available dates in spring (Apr 4, 2009 - Jun 12, 2009) or fall (Sep 6, 2009 - Nov 21, 2009). Contact VPG to arrange accommodations. All components of the trip are subject to availability. Dates must be finalized 60 days before intended arrival date. Dates are non-refundable. This award may not be sold to, bartered with, purchased or utilized by a third party. Other conditions may apply. Winner is responsible for obtaining and paying for visas, shots, passports, or other documents if required. Travel insurance is not included. Winner will be solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein including, but not limited to, airline fees, security charges, land taxes, gratuities, souvenirs, and any other incidentals. Approximate value of Prize: $ 2,800. 5. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS: No cash or other credit will be given if the winner is not able to take the trip.
